Frequently asked questions

This page contains some of the most common questions we get asked.

 

  1. When can I expect delivery of my calendars?
    Calendars take around 3 weeks to produce but can take longer during the later months due to demand.

  2. What is the latest I can order calendars?
    30th November is the last order day for a guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery, you can still place an order after this date but they won't be delivered until sometime in the New Year.

  3. Do you deliver outside the UK?
    No, unfortunately we only deliver within Mainland UK.

  4. Do all products come with Free delivery?
    Yes, all products include free delivery to one UK mainland address.

  5. Can you mail direct to my customer?
    Although there is no direct mailing option through our website, fulfilment is possible through our parent Company, Browns Print. Please contact us for a quotation before placing your order if you are interested in direct mail fulfilment.

  6. How do calendars arrive?
    Each calendar is wrapped individually with a separate boxboard envelope to allow packing yourself.

  7. How do wall planners arrive?
    Wall planners are supplied folded to A4, please note envelopes are NOT supplied. 

  8. Will I get a proof before going to print?
    Yes, we always send a proof prior to production. The proof is a PDF which can be viewed on any device, although we highly recommend viewing on a PC or laptop. It is your responsibility to fully check the proof to make sure you are happy with it before its goes to print.

  9. Can I change the calendar design?
    The calendar format including dates, images and captions are already pre-set so cannot be changed, however the colour of weekends can be changed to any colour. The branding area can be personalised with all your information.

  10. Can I have a physical printed proof of my calendar?
    Unfortunately we only supply proofs in PDF format.

  11. Can I have a proof without placing an order?
    Artwork needs to be allocated to an actual order so we would need an order first.

  12. I've ordered from Browns Calendars before, do I have to supply advert info again?
    If you have purchased calendars or wall planners from us before and nothing as changed to your advert then there is no need to supply anything as we store all previous adverts. If however you would like to make changes to your advert then you will need to supply new info via email.
